Hi everyone...could you please pray for my marriage. My husband asked for a divorce 6 months ago and I have been trying so hard to hold on. He has turned from God and I am exhausted and depressed. Nothing has gotten any better and still I cry everyday. I know that God is in control and my faith has only been strengthened, but it seems like nothing will ever get any better. Please just pray for my marriage and that God will change my husband's heart. Thanks.

Father God,
I pray tonight for a troubled marriage- one the wife would see miraculously turned around and healed, one the husband asked for a divorce from six months ago.
I pray discernment for LearningfromJob, Lord, that she know what to do to not be exhausted and depressed but joyous and alive in You. Lead her to godly counsel. Help her to not consider it selfish to consider her own needs and health in what needs to be decided. She would ultimately like for her husband's heart to be changed, that he's drifted from You. Please let her know if You have plans for her to be a part of that, or if that is for someone else now.

Father please help this man be saved if he is not that this marriage will not be destroyed by the devil`s
tools of lying to a lost man! Please quickly turn the man`s life around so that divorce isn`t even an

Yes Father, in agreement with the above prayers, asking that this husband's heart will be turned back to You and his relationship with with You will be better than before, rejoicing in You and Your love for him. That You would uplift and encourage LearningfromJob. That You would bless her in every way Father, and that You would bring this marriage back together with renewed love for each other, and with You in the center of it. Help nudge him back into a relationship with you, God, so that he might once again seek to please you. Lord, be with LearningfromJob. Bless her for her commitment to this marriage, her faith in you, and her desire to make things work for her and her husband. Be with both of them, God. Show them the way, not only back to one another's hearts, but to you so that they might be able to glorify you with their marriage and love for one another. Hi everyone...thank you for your prayers. Several people mentioned that they wanted an update and although it is an unpleasant one here it goes...
The latest is that I got an email this morning once again threatening me with lawyers/legal action if I do not sign the divorce papers. My husband is being encouraged by someone that I guess I would call his mistress at this point. He even goes to church with her. Please continue to pray for me and my situation. Pray that God will change my husband's heart and remove this girl from the picture. I am so lonely and sad. I have had to bear the burden of this entire situation since he has avoided telling anyone and is trying to move away so he doesn't have to face people. He hasn't even told all of his family. It is such a horrible situation...

Hi all,
Thank you so much for your prayers. I wanted to post an update praise/prayer request. My husband told me he loves me for the first time in 6 months this week. He is definitely dealing with some psychological issues and Satan has too strong a grip of fear on him for him to yet choose to seek help. Please pray that he will find strength in God to do what it takes to save this marriage and himself from destruction. Thank you all....you have no idea the power of knowing that people I don't even know would pray for me and my husband. Thank you.
