I'm trying to determine what Scripture says about getting remarried. I know of someone that committed adultery. At the time she was a professing Christian but was having some serious emotional/mental problems and was on anti-depressants. She committed adultery with another man and destroyed her marriage.

Now I understand that Scripture allows her ex-husband to remarry but what about her? If she repents and turns back to the Lord is there any Scripture either for or against her getting married at some later time?

At this time I am unable to respond to this question and cannot find a Scripture so please use specific Scripture so that I can examine what the Word says and be able to defend the position that I take.

Actually, no, it doesn't. I would give more detail, but I'm in a rush, but trust me - if one wants to apply Scripture as it stands, then neither ex-spouse can remarry - unless they are remarrying each otehr.
