Hmmmm... When I toured the jail, I didn't see anything like that... Wonder why?

I am beat. Yesterday was a long day. I worked the full day, ran home and fed the critters but didn't have time to feed me. Then, I rushed back for choir - I needed to be there early as a section leader. After choir, I needed to meet with the guy who is arranging the Christmas song I will be coaching. At this point, I am tired and I'm hungry (it's after 8pm) so I'm ready to run right out of there. So, that's what I tried to do when I see a gal from choir is the only other car in our front parking lot. Her battery was dead. So, we were able to track down someone who actually remembers how to jump cars (I know how but wasn't confident I'd remember the order you are supposed to attach the clips and didn't want to fry my car or her car) and we got her on her way. I decided at this point, Subway was fast and wouldn't require me staring into my fridge for the next half hour trying to figure out what to make for dinner. So, now I'm having the 2nd half of my sub (I like to get the footlongs so I have 2 meals from one) and wanting to go home and take a long nap.

At least I was able to crawl out of bed for my run this morning...

Well, just getting ready to head out for a run. It's another chilly morning so this time I'm wearing a warmer jacket so I don't freeze...

Then I'm hoping to bathe & clip the dog before she disappears under all that fur (oh joy

), clean up the yard after this weeks windstorm, replace the light fixtures outside that I haven't done the entire time I've lived here even though they were broken and/or missing when I bought my house

), clean the house, do laundry, work on choir & ensemble Christmas music, and try and finish Christmas crochet gift #3...

Yep... Long day...

I saw that - even tried to take my turn but apparently it wasn't my turn yet so it wouldn't let me...

Well, I got a lot done: The dog is all purdy and smells nice now, the yard is cleaned up, missing exterior light fixtures are now replaced (although my post lamp still hasn't arrived in the mail yet so I couldn't fix that one), laundry is almost done, one more Christmas gift is finished and a new one started, the house is almost clean (although I didn't do as much as I planned on because I'm just running out of time), the vents under the house are all closed up for winter, and I'm beat...

It let me take my turn now so it's all good!

I should hook you up with my mom (although I don't think she'd ever get a facebook profile). She loves Scrabble but hardly ever gets to play it because she beats the socks off all of us so we never want to play with her...
