How long have you been posting/lurking?:
Well, a couple months ago one of my best friends sent around an e-mail to those of us in the same single's ministry, telling us to check out Crosswalk because they've got a section with single's articles. After a couple visits, I decided I liked it here :-). I just started posting on the forum but I've been lurking here for a few weeks 
What do you enjoy doing?:
Writing, (short stories mostly, but recently started on a novel) Traveling, spending time with friends and family, taking pictures...you know, that kind of thing 
Tell us a little about yourself:
24 years old, Christian, single. I went through a really horrible breakup earlier this year and I've just (in the last couple months) started feeling like my old self again. I really thought I'd end up marrying the person I was with, but due to so many circumstances out of my control (Which, in retrospect, was God all the way) I had to call things off. Looking back, it was really a blessing in disguise; there were so many things wrong that I was just too close to see at the time.
Anyway, the whole ordeal brought me *so* much closer to God than I ever was before. I often would think of the quote "When you feel you have nothing left, turn to God" because that's exactly how it was for me. But it ended up being a really great thing. Now I'm hoping to grow even closer to Him still.

What do you enjoy doing?: I enjoy getting together with friends and family. I enjoy everyday that is afforded to me. 
Tell us a little about yourself: I like working out. But right now my eating habits are not so great. However, I will be successfully in losing the weight and successfully prepare to be in a masters figure/fitness competition one day.

Well I marched in DCI. I played for Star of Indiana. I also marched in Senior Corps for a Corps called The Syracuse Brigadiers in 2005. We finished 5th in the orld Championships.
I play Baritone and Euphonium in the Brigadiers and Mellophone in Star.
I am a HHUUUUGGGGEEE Columbus Crew fan. I have caught Frankie Hejduks Columbus Crew jersey that he threw into the NORDECKE after the game. I had it signed by the entire 2008 MLS CUP Champions. My favorite player on the Crew is Guillermo Barros Schelotto. He is a legend in Argentina, and a Legend here in Columbus now.

How long have you been posting here? Well started back in 2009, disappeared, now am back again.
About me: Divorced/single. Have 3 outstandtabulously wondermous children and 2 completely worthless cats. Work as a CNA and volunteer as a Firefighter/EMT. I love Jesus, and am so thankful every day that he died for me. That's me in a nutshell.

How long have you been posting/lurking?: I'm new here, I have only been around a few weeks.
What do you enjoy doing? I like shopping, movie going, cooking out with friends. I like flower gardening, going for rides in the country, walking with my dogs, reading, listening to music. Enjoying the simple things in life, and the beauty that God has crated for us to enjoy.
Tell us a little about yourself: I love to laugh and have a good time. I have been told I am very funny. I have 2 children, one that lives with me & the other back in Oklahoma. I don't smoke and I don't care to be around others who do. I have a glass of wine once or twice a year. I have 3 siblings, but both my parents have past.
I am a Breast Cancer survivor. I have 2 dogs, a cat & a large bird. I'm a hard worker & enjoy my job & the other ladies I work with. I am enjoying being single at this time, but I would like to have more friends with common interests to spend time with.

What do I enjoy doing: I enjoy hanging out with friends, cooking, spending time with my children and some outdoor activities.
Tell us about yourself: I am 38 years old with two children. I've been single for a little longer than three years. I have worked for the government for 14 years, I love what I do. I enjoy reading articles on CW hoping to get some godly advice on the dating world. It is really tough out there.
